The apartment is only provisionally booked until your payment has been cleared. If payment has not been provided 10 weeks prior to the 1st day of your booking then I reserve the right to re-book the apartment to another party. When you provide payment to confirm booking of the apartment you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of use.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following penalties will apply:
Cancellation notice received more than 70 days prior to the 1st day of booking = Full Refund
Cancellation notice received between 43 to 69 days prior to 1st day of booking = 75% Refund
Cancellation notice received between 29 to 42 days prior to 1st day of booking = 50% Refund
Cancellation notice received between 15 to 28 days prior to 1st day of booking = 25% Refund
Cancellation notice received between 1 to 14 days prior to 1st day of booking = No Refund
There will be a fully refundable damage/cleaning deposit of 100GBP payable at the time of booking. The whole deposit will be returned to you providing there is no undue damage to the apartment or the contents during your stay and the apartment is left in the same clean and tidy state as you found it when you arrived.
Upon arrival please take a few moments to fill out the inventory sheet to record the status of the apartment and its contents. The inventory sheet will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. When you return home, please send the completed inventory sheet to the address on the top. When I receive the inventory sheet and providing there is no damage incurred during your stay, your deposit will promptly be refunded by the same method of payment you used to pay it. If there is any accidental damage caused during your stay, please just notify me of the damage on the inventory sheet and appropriate deductions can be arranged from the deposit if required. Please note, the apartment will be independently checked after your departure to confirm the inventory status after your visit.
In the unlikely event of a double booking occurring you could be transferred to a similar apartment in the Cedar Lodge 1, 2 or 3 complex's. You will be notified of this before your booking is due to begin and you will then have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you wish.
Please note that for the comfort of all guests, smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the apartment.
